Oak's Annual PINK DAY, in honor of anyone that has been affected by breast cancer, is this Friday 11/18! Wear your best and brightest pink to school and keep it going for the spirit section at the home football game vs. St. Joe's @ 6pm.

Good afternoon Oakcrest Community,
We want to inform you that the Oakcrest at Pleasantville football game scheduled for this evening has been rescheduled to a 1PM kickoff on Saturday, October 12 at Pleasantville.
We've heard rumors circulating this afternoon regarding conflicts and threats at the game, and this move is being made out of an abundance of caution. Please rest assured that these stories are unsubstantiated. Your safety is our top priority, and we encourage everyone to stay calm and informed. To that point, we would like to share that Oakcrest and Pleasantville administration communicated and came to this decision jointly. Both districts believe holding the game on Saturday will provide a greater sense of safety and security for the student athletes and their families.
Thank you for your understanding and support. Let’s come together to enjoy the game this weekend! 🏈💙

Oakcrest's Cross Country season is drawing to a close, but the team had a productive few months of training and competing! Most notably, the group traveled in mid-September to DREAM Park to compete in the South Jersey Shootout, where OHS freshman Carter Pate medaled in the 5k, placing 16th with a time of 19:51.68. Congrats to Carter, Coach Jaclyn Tantum, and the rest of the team! 🏅🏃♂️💙

Oakcrest's Science Club, advised by Susan Brownhill, is off to a strong start! In mid-September, they sponsored a slime-making event attended by 36 students. See Mrs. Brownhill in 322 to join!

Students visiting the Teen Center today learned some valuable life skills for "Totally Adulting Thursday! They practiced writing checks and answered trivia questions about depression and anxiety for Mental Health Awareness Day! Great job guys!
