- Potential risk-factors and warning signs for Youth/Teen Suicide.
- Facts vs Fiction and “Info you must know” discussion on CCW.

- Tim Alexander: Retired Police Captain, Lead Investigator for Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office, and Practicing Attorney.

14 Biomedical Magnet students traveled to Princeton University to participate in the International Brain Bee Competition. Juniors, Ava Mokienko and Aiden Hauta, along with Sophomore, Sakif Islam made it to the top 20. While Sophomore Kaitlyn Ho made it to the final 10.

Oakcrest Dance & Media presented Dancing With the Staff on March 8th. What a great night watching dancers & teachers shine onstage along with rehearsal footage & interviews presented by the media students. Congratulations to Addison Maulone & Mr. Friedel for being awarded DWTS Champions! The evening started with an art show in the lobby showcasing our talented art students.




Congratulation to Oakcrest's Ryan Merlino receiving the South Jersey Track Coaches Association award for pole vault champion at The Meet of Champions and making the All South Jersey team for pole vault.

Congrats on the achievements of the OHS Future Business Leaders of America students! Members attended the State Conference on 3/12 & competed in subjects including: Economics, Business Calculations, Insurance/Risk Management, Coding/Programming, & Computer Game Simulation.


Computer Graphics projects from Mr Ponzetti's classes on display at Friday's Art Exhibition. Art, Photography, and Wood Tech classes also participated in the exhibition.

Mme Abel's French classes and the World Language club had fun last week making "les crêpes" for the French holiday "La Chandeleur" that takes place each February. The World Language Club also had worked in Chef T's kitchen with the Culinary Club to make crêpes as well :)
