Class Selection Window

Selection Classes

You can select the classes that you want to work with in CLASSxp from the Class Selection window. This window displays the current date, the teacher, the default term, the period, and the course title for each class assigned to the teacher for the selected term.

If you have only one class, the system bypasses the Class Selection window and automatically displays the seating chart for your class.

Open a Class

From the Class Selection window, double-click the line for the class (or click once to highlight it then click OK). You may need to use the scroll bar to scroll through the list of classes.

Display Classes for a Different Term

1. In the Term field, display the pop-up list of terms by clicking the arrow.
2. Highlight the term that you want. When you release the mouse button, the new term displays in the Term field, and the system displays classes for the selected term.
