Submitting a Work Trakker

Work Trakker

The Work Trakker system is an extension of WebMail. This system is used to report any buildings and grounds related problems.


How to Login

1. Go to www.k12usa.com .
2. Click the Login option on the left hand side.
3. Enter State (New Jersey).
4. Enter District (Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District).
5. Enter your Username and Password and click enter. If you do not know your login info please see your supervisor.
6. Click on WorkTrakkerPro. (If you are already in WebMail just select Work Trakker from the list in the upper right hand corner)


How to Report a Problem

1. To report a problem with buildings and grounds, click the words Report a Problem on the left.
2. Click on the icon which best describes the problem you are experiencing. All but "Not Sure" will ask you to select from several other choices.

3. Click on the option to the left of the problem that most matches your situation.

4. Click the Next > button to continue reporting the problem.
