Checking E-Mail Status

Check the Status of an E-Mail

If you chose to save your sent messages, they will be stored in your Sent Items folder. You can get to this folder by clicking on the words Sent Items on the left. From this folder you can check to see if the recipient has received, viewed and deleted the message.

1. To view the status of an e-mail you sent click on the words Sent Items written in blue on the left.
2. If you wish to track the status of a sent message, click on the Subject to open the message you want to track.
3. At the top of your open sent message is a menu bar. Second to last is the View Status option. Click on that now to view the status of the message.


4. The Show Message Status window gives the Recipient and Status of a message. Status of the message above is Message has been received and viewed by recipient.
