Entering Comments

There are several ways to enter comments into the Report Card or Interim spreadsheets.

  • If you know the number of the comment you can simply type the number.
  • You can click the right mouse button in the comment cell and pick from the drop-down box.
  • You can put your cursor in the comment cell and choose from the Comment Drop-Down box located under the Spreadsheet selector.
  • To speed the entry of comment number, you can click on the Comment #1 and Comment #2 column headings and a menu will appear. The Fill Column command allows you to fill the entire column with a comment number. Type in the comment number you want to fill the column with. If you already have comment numbers entered that you don't want changed, check off the "replace only Empty scores" check box. Click the Fill button to complete.
