Creating Backup Copies

Even though we make backups of our servers, we highly recommend making a backup of your gradebook from the server onto your user drive or another disk. This will alleviate any problems you may have if something should happen to your gradebook.

1. Open your gradebook on the server.
2. Click on File
3. Click on Save As
4. Click on the Local button on the bottom left of the screen.
5. Change the directory to the proper location, type a name and save.

If you make changes to your gradebook on your disk, you must save it to the server.

1. Open your gradebook locally be selecting the Local Button
2. Once you have your gradebook opened, Click on File
3. Click on Save As
4. Double Click on the "INTEGRADE" Icon
5. Type in your User ID and Password then Click OK
6. Double Click on your gradebook
7. Answer Yes to replacing the file
8. Your gradebook is now on the server and any changes you make will be on the server.
